What we offer

Our goal is to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or suggestions that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Our staff is at your disposal from 7am to 7pm every day. You can contact the front desk by +39 0575 612531.

Check-in:  from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Early check-in (taking possession of the apartment before 3 pm) is upon request and subject to availability.

Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. 
Late check-out (use of the apartment until 6 p.m. on the day of departure) is for a fee, upon request and subject to availability.

Tap water, from a well, is sterilized but not filtered.
Perfect for cooking.
To drink, we recommend bottled mineral water purchased at the supermarket or directly from us.
Water inside the fridge is complementary.
You can request additional bottles, at a cost of € 2.00 each.

Guests who need to leave before 7:00 a.m. are kindly asked to settle the bill by 4 p.m. the day before departure.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the Villa & Dependance and throughout the Villa & Dependance without password. 

Please remember that smoking is not allowed in the villa.
Appropriate outdoor areas are available.
Ashtrays are available on each outside table outside the villa..

Pets are welcome, with a small extra charge of € 10.00 per night.
They can also be taken to the pool on a leash.
They are absolutely not allowed in the water.
